Our eco-friendly home testing kits contain everything you need to ensure your samples are not compromised during transportation and use a mail tracking service. If your sample has been delayed, we will send you a new collection kit free of charge.
Only some people are experts at self-tests, and sometimes it may need a little getting used to; with our service, there is no need to worry. If you still need to send a good blood sample and we cannot extract any biomarkers, we will help and guide you with our team to carry out another free of charge.
