Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use BioHealthcare Hub, read their results and get the support they need. This statement explains what we do and how to tell us if something does not work for you.

Last updated 17 October 2026

01Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across our website and Hub, and we test new features against these standards before we release them.

02What we do

  • clear, plain English in our pages and reports;
  • good color contrast and text you can enlarge up to 200 percent;
  • pages that work with screen readers and keyboard navigation;
  • text descriptions for meaningful images; and
  • layouts that adapt to phones, tablets and desktop screens.

03Reports in other formats

If you would find it easier to receive your report in large print, as an accessible document, or to have it talked through with a member of our clinical team, just ask and we will arrange it.

04Help with collecting a sample

If an at-home kit is difficult for you to use, we can arrange a blood draw at a patient service center or a visit from a mobile phlebotomist where available.

05Areas we are improving

Some older documents, such as sample PDF reports, and some third-party content may not yet fully meet these standards. We are working to improve them and can provide the information in another format on request.

06Tell us what you need

If you find something hard to use, or need information in a different format, email us at kv@biohealthcare.group. We aim to reply within two business days.
