Privacy Policy

Your health information is personal, and we look after it carefully. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

Last updated 17 October 2026

01Who we are

BioHealthcare Group Inc operates BioHealthcare Hub and is responsible for your personal information. When we handle protected health information as a healthcare provider under US law, our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices also applies.

02Information we collect

  • Account details: your name, date of birth, sex, email address, phone number and delivery address.
  • Health information: your samples, test results, reports, health questionnaires, goals and anything you tell our clinical team.
  • Genetic and microbiome data: where you order a DNA or gut test.
  • Order and payment details: what you buy and how you pay. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number.
  • Technical information: your device, browser, IP address and how you use our website, collected through cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

03How we use your information

  • to provide your tests, process your samples and deliver your results and reports;
  • to arrange physician review where it is required;
  • to give you clinical support and contact you about results that need attention;
  • to manage your account, orders, subscriptions and payments;
  • to keep our services safe, secure and working well;
  • to improve our tests and reports, using information that no longer identifies you; and
  • to send you news and offers, only where you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.

05Who we share it with

We share your information only with those who help us provide your service, and only as much as they need:

  • our partner laboratories, including Quest Diagnostics and other CAP-accredited laboratories;
  • independent physicians who review orders and results;
  • our own clinical, customer support and technical teams, some of whom work from India under the same strict safeguards;
  • trusted service providers for hosting, payments, shipping and email, under written contracts; and
  • authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information or your health data. We never share your genetic data with employers or insurers, and we share it with researchers only with your separate, explicit consent.

06International transfers

Your information may be processed outside the country where you live, including in the United States, the European Union and India. When this happens we use recognized safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to keep it protected to the same standard.

07How long we keep it

We keep your results and reports for as long as you have an account, and afterwards for the period medical record and laboratory rules require. Samples are stored only as long as needed to complete and confirm your tests, then securely destroyed, unless you agree otherwise. Other information is kept only as long as we need it for the purposes above.

08How we protect it

Your Hub uses encrypted connections, secure hosting, access controls and regular security testing. Only staff who need your information to help you can see it, and they are trained in confidentiality.

09Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can:

  • see and get a copy of your information;
  • correct anything that is inaccurate;
  • ask us to delete your information or your stored samples;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent and opt out of marketing at any time; and
  • object to or limit certain uses.

Residents of states with consumer privacy or consumer health data laws, such as California and Washington, have these rights and the right not to be treated differently for using them. To make a request, email us. We will reply within the time the law sets, and you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We ask for your separate consent before collecting or sharing consumer health data where state law requires it, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains this in full.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent. You can change your choices at any time on our Cookie Policy page, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals.

10Children

Our services are designed for adults. Where we offer a test for a child, a parent or guardian manages the account and makes all decisions about the child's information.

11Changes to this policy

We will post any update here with a new date, and let you know by email about any significant change.
